Risnjak - National Park

National Park Risnjak is a beautiful and serene nature reserve located in the Gorski Kotar mountains of western Croatia. This stunning park covers 25 square kilometers of mountainous terrain and is home to ancient forests, impressive rock formations, and diverse wildlife.
Within the park, visitors can enjoy activities such as hiking, birdwatching, and rock climbing, as well as the opportunity to spot species like the Grey Wolf, Common Frog, lynx, Eurasian badger, and brown bear.
